My Credit Card declined - how do I Fix this?

This is due to one of several reasons.
  1. You used a debit card and there is no balance on the card
  2. The expiration of the card has expired
  3. You bank (usually outside the USA) has declined to pauthorize the transaction


At the bottom of the email that you received saying the transaction was unable to be billed is a link that will allow you to change the credit card:

This order was due to be billed again on 8/8/2015. Unfortunately, when we attempted to bill the credit card on file (Visa XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1234) within your account, the transaction failed.

To ensure your service remains uninterrupted, please click on the link below to renew your service immediately:

Please note that this will auto bill every day until rectified.  We usually shutt he charts off within 5 days because we will be billed for your datafeed if we don't.
